Contoh Recount Text Tentang Perayaan Malam Tahun Baru

Pada kesempatan  kali ini saya akan memposting tentang Contoh Recount Text Tentang Perayaan Malam Tahun Baru.

Sebelum membahas lebih dalam, mari kita ketahui terlebih dahulu tentang  Apa itu recount text?, recount text adalah sebuah teks yang menceritakan sebuah cerita, aksi, atau pun aktivitas. Tujuan / Social Function dari Recount Text adalah untuk menginformasikan atau menghibur pembaca (Inggris: to informing or entertaining the readers).

Susunan umum / Generic structure dari Recount Text adalah Orientation, Event dan Reorientation. Orientation, terletak di paragraf pertama menceritakan tentang apa yang terjadi, siapa saja yang terlibat dalam cerita, kapan terjadinya peristiwa, dan dimana peristiwa tersebut terjadi. Event, terletak di paragraf ke 2, 3, 4, dan seterusnya kecuali paragraf yang terakhir menceritakan tentang Bagaimana jalan / urutan peristiwa. Reorientation, terletak di paragraf terakhir yang berisi akhir cerita / penutup cerita.

Recount text biasanya menceritakan pengalaman penulis. Entah itu recount text tentang liburan, peristiwa penting atau hal yang membuat  penulis tak akan pernah lupa akan hal itu. Recount teks tentang liburan bisa menceritakan pengalaman penulis sewaktu berlibur ke gunung, berlibur ke pantai, liburan study tour yang diadakan sekolah, atau liburan pada saat perayaan malam tahun baru. Nah, yang terakhir itulah yang akan saya jadikan contoh, Recount text tentang perayaan malam tahun baru. Check that in! (karena check this out sudah terlalu mainstream) hehe…

New Year’s Eve Celebration

        On new year’s eve 2014, my family and I celebrated it by watching the firework in the Town.

        The weather at that time was not so bright. But it did not dampen my spirit to see the moment that only happened once a year. My family and I left home at 10.30 pm. The distance from our house to the town was not far. On the way, we met with our neighbors who also wanted to spend the time to watch the fire work. About fifteen minutes, we arrived at the Town. The atmosphere was bustling with sellers. The food’s sellers and trumpet’s sellers were all busy serving customers. We did not forget to see the concert that night. Finally, the moment that we waited was arrived. People all together counted down ten to one. Then, various kind of the fireworks exploded in the air beautifully. I was recording the firework with my hand phone.

        After all finished, we went home with unforgettable memories. I hope to watch the  fireworks again next year.

• Orientation: Pada paragraf pertama “On new year’s eve 2014, my family and I… dst ”

• Event: Pada paragraf kedua “The weather at that time was not so bright… dst”

• Reorientation: Pada paragraf ketiga / terakhir “After all finished, we went home… dst”
